On the evening of March 27, BloombergNEF released the 2023 market share ranking of global WTGS manufacturers. Data show that the global new wind power installed capacity in 2023 was 118GW, an increase of 36% compared to 2022. Among them, Windey ranked among the top three in China and the top four in the world, refreshing the best result in history.
According to BloombergNEF, Windey’s new installed capacity in 2023 was 10.4GW, exceeding 10GW for the first time; the domestic market share was 13%, gradually narrowing the gap with the first and second competitors. At the same time, Windey also completed the full-capacity grid connection of the first offshore wind power project - the largest offshore wind farm in Zhejiang Province (Guodian Xiangshan 1# Phase II project).
