WINDEY Attends the Commemorative Event for the 20th Anniversary of the Promulgation of the Renewable Energy Law of the People's Republic of China
On February 28th, the commemorative event for the 20th anniversary of the promulgation of the Renewable Energy Law of the People's Republic of China (hereinafter referred to as the Renewable Energy Law), which was sponsored by the China Energy Research Society, grandly took place in Beijing. This event brought together numerous representatives from government departments, industry associations, scientific research institutions and relevant enterprises, reviewed the remarkable achievements made by China in the field of renewable energy over the past two decades, and deeply discussed the feasible paths for future development. The "Renewable Energy Law" came into effect on January 1, 2006, aiming to promote the exploitation and utilization of renewable energy, increase energy supply, improve the energy structure, ensure energy security, protect the environment, and achieve the sustainable development of the economy and society.
